Infomax Safety Services provides safety consulting, DOT compliance support, driver qualification, audit preparation, and related services to motor carriers. Specific service details will be outlined in a separate service agreement.
Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are non‑refundable for partial months of service.
You may cancel services with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle.
Infomax Safety Services is not liable for fines, penalties, or lost revenue resulting from regulatory changes, client errors, or misinterpretation of information. Our services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS, you agree to receive transactional messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
